Signing in
Yusho has no passwords. Type your email and tap Send code, and Yusho emails you a 6-digit code. Enter it and you're in. The same steps create an account the first time.
The code didn't arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Yusho.
- Make sure the email address is spelled right.
- Wait a minute, then tap Send a new code. Only the newest code works.
A box asked me to tap it
That's the person check, which stops scripts from creating accounts. Tap the box and carry on. If it doesn't load, check your connection and try again.
Reporting and blocking
You can report a profile from its menu, a verdict by holding it, a comment by holding it, and a shared tier list from the foot of the list. A moderator looks at every report within a day, and the person you report is never told who reported them. What you report is hidden for you straight away. To block someone, open their profile's menu and choose Block: you stop seeing each other, and they aren't told. You can unblock anyone in Settings, then Privacy (under Privacy and safety), then Blocked accounts. The community rules say what isn't allowed.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account, and type your username to confirm. Everything you've put into Yusho is deleted at once, for good. Signing out, on the other hand, keeps everything saved to your account.
